Meet Liza, Founder
Liza Jackson is the founder and creative force behind Media by J, a social media and content creation agency based in Minnesota. With nearly two years in business and a portfolio of diverse clients, she has built a reputation as a trusted partner for brands seeking growth, creativity, and scroll-stopping content.
Liza specializes in crafting intentional content and managing social platforms with an approach that blends storytelling, strategy, and design. Her passion lies in helping businesses amplify their message, connect with their audience, and show up online with confidence.
In 2025, she expanded her vision by opening Halo Studio in Excelsior, MN- a natural-light studio that serves as both a creative hub for Media by J and a space for other creators to bring their projects to life. As her team continues to grow, Liza remains committed to delivering high-level creativity and reliable results, while staying rooted in her belief that every brand has a story worth telling.
Meet Ella, Social Media + Content Assistant
Ella is Media by J’s Social Media + Content Assistant and a true creative at heart. Currently pursuing her Fine Arts degree with plans to step into art direction, Ella brings a fresh perspective and a natural eye for aesthetics to the team.
When she’s not assisting with content days or managing client accounts, you can find Ella outdoors, thrifting, or sipping an almond milk latte. She can’t live without her dog, Georgie!
